- System Complexity & Dependency Count: The number of independent smart contracts, cross-program invocations, and external oracle feeds being evaluated.
- Infrastructure Distribution: The number of geographical regions, node roles (leader vs RPC vs non-voting validator), and failover clusters involved in the telemetry review.
- Turnaround & Scheduling Urgency: Standard delivery windows are two to three weeks from engagement contract signature. Accelerated delivery schedules are evaluated based on research fellow capacity.
- On-Site vs Remote Delivery: Standard rates reflect remote video conference delivery. On-site workshops at client facilities or our Chiang Mai center include direct travel and accommodation expenses billed at cost.
Invoicing, Terms & Payment Information
- Informational Pricing: The figures on this page are for planning and estimation purposes. Formal proposals are provided following an initial intake review.
- Deposit Policy: Standard advisory engagements require a 50% retainer upon contract execution, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the final memorandum.
- Payment Methods Accepted: Bank wire transfer (SWIFT / domestic Thailand transfer) and standard corporate invoicing terms (Net 15).
